Laser cutting, punching and embossing in one machine. Can cut black sheet, aluminum, stainless, aluzink and galvanized up to 6mm. We use an automatic charger that allows for long uninterrupted production runs.
fiber laser
Fiber laser that cuts quickly and in most materials includes brass & copper up to 20mm. We use an automasitk charger that allows for long uninterrupted production runs.
Edge pressing
We have two edge presses.
1. Amada 130-30 can bend 3 meters and 130 tons.
2. Amada 50-20 is capable of bending 2 meters and 50 tons.
Welding
WeldingMIG/MAG welding in stainless, black material, aluminum and galvanized sheet metal.
TIG welding in stainless, black material and aluminum.
Brush grading
Grading of sharp edges, larger sheet metal details. Grading involves removing sharp edges that can occur on the plate after laser cutting and punching. This machine handles larger sheet metal parts.
Tumbling
Drumming is an effective and environmentally friendly method for degrading and polishing sharp edges. Drumming is well suited for smaller profiles and small details.
